Very predictable result when eighth ranked Polonia Bytom (12-12) edged on the road 13th ranked Rybnik (6-19) 74-72 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was point guard Tomasz Wrobel (186-85) who had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds. Swingman Norbert Kujon (194-92) chipped in 25 points. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Adam Bialdyga (198-87) who recorded 24 points and 6 rebounds and center Rafal Grzybek (202-94) added 17 points respectively. Polonia Bytom have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place in Group C. Rybnik lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with 19 games lost. Polonia Bytom will face higher ranked Zaglebie (#5) in Sosnowiec in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
