There was a minor upset when 12th ranked Kotwica (9-17) was crushed on the road by fourteenth ranked Nysa Klodzko (8-18) 79-57 on Wednesday. Nysa Klodzko outrebounded Kotwica 48-26 including a 33-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Swingman Tomasz Stepien (192-86) fired 21 points for the winners. Point guard Marc-Oscar Sanny (186-96) chipped in 16 points and 6 assists. Nysa Klodzko's coach Marcin Grygowicz felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
