Regular Season Round 23: Antibes - Monaco 76-85

ProA top team - Monaco (17-6) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat fifteenth ranked Olympique Antibes (9-14) 85-76. It looked good early as Olympique Antibes took a 9-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Monaco took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 9 points. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a quality performance for American point guard DJ Cooper (183-90, college: Ohio) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 assists. Bosnian center Elmedin Kikanovic (211-88, agency: BeoBasket) accounted for 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side. Monaco's coach Zvezdan Mitrovic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American point guard Jerel Blassingame (175-81, college: UNLV) came up with 17 points and the other American import guard Vincent Sanford (193-90, college: Dayton, agency: Inception Sports) added 16 points respectively for Olympique Antibes in the defeat.
