MuKi nipped HNKMY U23 to even the series at 1-1. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 35-27 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. MuKi made 20-of-23 free shots (87.0 percent) during the game. Strangely HNMKY U23 outrebounded MuKi 39-24 including 24 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three sinking 19 long-distance shots on high 57.6 percentage. MuKi looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American swingman Calvin Ward-III (188, college: Missouri Valley) scored 29 points and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and center Eetu Lahdetniemi (205-0) chipped in 15 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. MuKi's coach used entire bench in such tough game. Cameroonian forward Arsene Towa (193-81) responded with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Markus Vallila (193-93) scored 25 points and 9 rebounds. Four MuKi and five HNMKY U23 players scored in double figures.
