The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Hapoel Holon (16-5) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were edged by third ranked Hapoel Jerusalem (13-8) 88-86. Five Hapoel Jerusalem and four Hapoel Holon players scored in double figures. Defending champion maintains third place with 13-8 record having just three points less than leader Hapoel Holon. Hapoel Holon at the other side still keeps top position with five games lost. They share it with Maccabi T-A. Hapoel Jerusalem are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Maccabi Haifa (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Hapoel Holon will play against Ironi Nahariya (#11) and is hoping to win this game.
