Even 28 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists by guard Byron Wesley (196-92, college: Gonzaga, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Hapoel Kfar Saba. Power forward Dallis Joyner (203-90, college: Stony Brook) added 23 points and 6 rebounds. Maccabi Rehovot moved-up to second place. Hapoel Kfar Saba lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 14 games lost. They share it with Hap.R/G Givat. and Maccabi K/M. Maccabi Rehovot will meet at home Hapoel Galilee (#6) in the next round. Hapoel Kfar Saba will play against Maccabi K/M in Kiryat Motzkin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
