An interesting game for Cyberdyne IR (25-21) which hosted in Tsukuba one of their biggest challengers Kanazawa Sam. (23-23). Third ranked Cyberdyne IR managed to get a 8-point victory 74-66. Cyberdyne IR dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Kanazawa Sam.'s 26. The best player for the winners was American power forward Rick Rickert (211-83, college: Minnesota) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists.
