Regular Season Round 31: Nishinomiya S. - Shimane SM 75-94

We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams in Hyogo where sixth ranked Shimane Magic (8-41) outscored 5th ranked Nishinomiya S. (9-40) 94-75 on Saturday. They outrebounded Nishinomiya S. 38-24 including a 31-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Shimane Magic shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 54.5 percentage. Newly promoted Shimane Magic maintains sixth place with 8-41 record. Nishinomiya S. at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fifth position with 40 games lost. Shimane Magic will face higher ranked Osaka Evessa (#4) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Nishinomiya S. will play against Yokohama BC and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
