Proliga top team - Imortal (24-1) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat fifth ranked Sampaense (14-10) in Albufeira 83-74. The best player for the winners was power forward Rafael Wildner (207-92) who scored 22 points and 9 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Cape Verdean point guard Shane DaRosa (183, college: Bristol CC) chipped in 19 points and 6 assists. American forward Jordan Martin (203-93, college: Missouri St.) produced 20 points and forward Mohamed Camara (196-83) added 10 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for the guests. Four Sampaense players scored in double figures. Imortal have a solid series of three victories in a row. Newly promoted Imortal maintains first place in Places 1-8 with 24-1 record.
