Quarter-Finals Round 3: Inter Bratislava - Handlova 96-68

Inter Bratislava cruised past Handlova to complete the sweep. Inter Bratislava outrebounded Handlova 40-23 including a 29-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international forward Marek Kozlik (187-86) who scored 23 points (perfect behind the arc making all seven shots !!!). The former international power forward Radoslav Rancik (205-79, college: St.Cloud St., agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. Five Inter Bratislava players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Serbian swingman Jovan Djordjevic (198-93) who recorded 15 points and 6 rebounds and Montenegrin Ivan Zejak (203-87) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
