Eleventh-ranked Papagou (10-15) used its home court advantage to challenge fourth ranked Apollon Patras (17-8) in Athens. The visitors from Patra managed to secure only two-point victory 77-75. However their fans expected much easier game. Papagou was ahead by 7 points at the halftime before a 29-19 third quarter run of Apollon Patras.
