The game between closely ranked teams ended with eleventh ranked Politehnica Iasi's (6-22) home victory over bottom-ranked CS Dinamo Bucuresti (1-25) 103-83. The game without a history. Politehnica Iasi led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a very good performance for American guard Tayloe Taylor (191-86, college: Livingstone) who helped to win the game recording 32 points and 6 assists. The other American import swingman Jalen Jackson (198-94, college: UALR) contributed with 26 points for the winners. Four Politehnica Iasi players scored in double figures. International Amedeo Casale (194-97) replied with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds and forward Cornel Cioacata (197-92) added 27 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) in the effort for CS Dinamo Bucuresti. Newly promoted Politehnica Iasi maintains eleventh position in Nationala with 6-22 record. CS Dinamo Bucuresti at the other side stay dead last with 25 lost games. Politehnica Iasi will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. CS Dinamo Bucuresti will play at home against Timba Timosoara (#9) to get more than just one victory in their record.
