Regular Season Round 53: Fukuoka Rizing - Bambitious Nara 80-70

B League D2 top team - Fukuoka Rizing (42-10) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat sixth ranked Bambitious Nara (14-38) 80-70. American Eric Jacobsen (208-94, college: Arizona St.) stepped up and scored 24 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import forward Josh Peppers (201-85, college: Cent.Florida) chipped in 18 points and 5 assists. American power forward Gary Hamilton (208-84, college: Miami, FL, agency: Inception Sports) responded with 6 points and 10 rebounds and forward Daiki Terashita (190-80) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Fukuoka Rizing. Newly promoted Fukuoka Rizing maintains first place with 42-10 record. Loser Bambitious Nara keeps the sixth position with 38 games lost. Fukuoka Rizing will face again Bambitious Nara (#6) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
