Leader Bayern Muenchen delivered the twenty sixth victory. This time they beat 8th ranked Deutsche Bank Skyliners (16-14) 87-83 in Frankfurt. New Zealand guard Tai-Jack Webster (193-95, college: Nebraska) answered with 32 points and 6 rebounds and Canadian-British guard Philip Scrubb (191-92, college: Carleton) added 23 points and 5 assists in the effort for Deutsche Bank Skyliners. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. The victory was the third consecutive win for Bayern Muenchen. They maintain first place with 26-3 record. Deutsche Bank Skyliners at the other side keep the eighth position with 14 games lost. Bayern Muenchen will play against Oettinger Rockets Gotha (#17) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Deutsche Bank Skyliners will play against Eisbaeren Bremerhaven (#16) and hope to get back on the winning track.
