Quarter-Finals Round 3: Gornik Walbrzych - Zubry 83-60

Gornik Walbrzych fired past Zubry at home court to win the quarterfinal series. Gornik dominated down low during the game scoring 42 of its points in the paint compared to Zubry's 22. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was Marcin Wrobel (200-87) who scored 30 points and 6 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Guard Damian Durski (183-97) chipped in 9 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Krzysztof Kalinowski (186-76) who recorded 11 points and 4 assists and Ukrainian point guard Aleksander Szczerbatiuk (182-96) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
