Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifteenth ranked Nantes and 14th ranked Poitiers had identical 10-21 record. But Poitiers was not able to use a home court advantage and was rolled over by the opponent from Nantes 106-85 on Tuesday night. The game without a history. Nantes led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 63.2 percent from the field. Five Poitiers players scored in double figures. Nantes (11-21) moved-up to fourteenth place. Loser Poitiers dropped to the fifteenth position with 22 games lost. Nantes will face bottom-ranked Charleville-Mezieres (#18) at home in the next round. Poitiers will play against Quimper UJAP and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
