Rustavi outlasted Batumi in the decisive third game of the quarterfinal series. Batumi trailed by 19 points after 3 quarters before a 25-15 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 69-78 at the end of the game. The best player for the winners was Dutch power forward Craig Osaikhwuwuomwan (211-90) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. American point guard Adam Blazek (185-92, college: Gannon) chipped in 20 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals.
