Hapoel B/S outgunned Hapoel R/G Givat in the decisive Game 5 to advance into National League Finals. The game was mostly controlled by Hapoel B/S. Hap.R/G Givat. managed to win fourth quarter 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hapoel B/S looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Hap.R/G Givat.'s players. 24 personal fouls committed by Hap.R/G Givat. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American Storm Warren (201-88, college: LSU, agency: Ron Sport) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Andell Cumberbatch (195-93, college: St.Bonaventure, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 15 points and 5 assists for the winners. American guard Rashad Madden (196-92, college: Arkansas) answered with 19 points and 9 rebounds and American-Dominican forward Kelly Beidler (199-88, college: Mt.St.Mary's) added 12 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Hap.R/G Givat.Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
