Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Hapoel Tel-Aviv (19-14) and Ironi Nahariya (13-20), which took place in Nahariya. Higher ranked Hapoel Tel-Aviv lost to ninth ranked Ironi Nahariya in a road game 82-89 on Sunday. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Hapoel Tel-Aviv. American forward Matt Howard (203-89, college: Butler) answered with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and the former international Raviv Limonad (191-84) added 16 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Hapoel Tel-Aviv. Five Ironi Nahariya and four Hapoel Tel-Aviv players scored in double figures. Hapoel Tel-Aviv's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Ironi Nahariya have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Ironi Nes-Ziona. Loser Hapoel Tel-Aviv keeps the fifth position with 14 games lost.
