The game between Top Four teams took place in Makati. Fourth ranked host TNT Ka Tropa (7-3) defeated 4th placed Meralco Bolts (7-4) 91-85. The best player for the winners was forward Jeth-Troy Rosario (201-92) who had a double-double by scoring 30 points and 12 rebounds. Point guard Jayson Castro-William (180-86) chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds.
