The game in Domzale supposed to be also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked Jezica (5-3) played at the court of 7th ranked Domzale (1-7). Jezica smashed Domzale 81-45. The game without a history. Jezica led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Domzale to just 4 points in third quarter. Jezica dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Domzale's 28. They outrebounded Domzale 49-31 including a 34-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by Maja Jakobcic (184-1997) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds and forward Elena Lazarevic (179-2005) supported her with 24 points and 4 assists. Even 10 points and 5 rebounds by center Dora Mlakar (182-1996) did not help to save the game for Domzale. Forward Spela Berus (180-2003) added 10 points for the hosts. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Jezica moved-up to third place, which they share with Triglav. Domzale lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with seven games lost. They share it with Konjice. Jezica will play against Ledita D. (#5) in Domzale in the next round. Domzale will play on the road against Konjice and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
