Regular Season Round 12: T71 - Musel Pikes 75-82

The most important game in the last round took place in Dudelange between third ranked T71 (9-3) and tenth ranked Musel Pikes (4-8) on Saturday night. T71 was defeated by Musel Pikes in a tough game at home 75-82. Musel Pikes dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to T71's 40. Americans were the main players on the court. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Devonte Patterson (201-1996, college: PVAMU) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 9 rebounds and forward Antonio Bivins (198-1992, college: UMass Lowell) who added 19 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Jimmie Taylor (193-1994, college: Rider) with 18 points and 8 rebounds and forward Moses Greenwood (201-1997, college: SE Louisiana) scored 20 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Musel Pikes moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Grengewald. T71 at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. They share it with Residence. Musel Pikes is looking forward to face Grengewald (#8) in Niederanven in the next round. T71 will play on the road against Residence (#5) in Bereldange and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
