Not a big story in a game when 14th ranked ASA (5-10) lost on the road to third ranked JA Vichy (11-4) 85-77 on Saturday. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Tray Boyd III (193-1998, college: ETSU) who led the winners and scored 25 points and 4 assists. Nigerien center Serge Mourtala (212-1998) accounted for 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. JA Vichy's coach Guillaume Vizade used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Naturalized Spanish guard Tom Digbeu (195-2001) came up with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Serbian power forward Strahinja Gavrilovic (206-1993, college: USC) added 18 points and 7 rebounds respectively for ASA in the defeat. JA Vichy have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Chalon/Saone.
