Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked La Spezia (12-5) outplayed at home 10th ranked Ancona (6-13) 75-39 on Sunday. La Spezia forced 23 Ancona turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for power forward Silvia Colognesi (182-2002, agency: LBM Management) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds. The former international guard Elisa Templari (175-1989, agency: LBM Management) accounted for 24 points and 4 steals for the winning side. Power forward Serena Bona (183-1989, agency: SLN) came up with 8 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Stefania Maroglio (170-2001) added 9 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Ancona in the defeat.
