Quarter-Finals Round 2: HNMKY - Kipina 72-92

The game was mostly controlled by Kipina. HNMKY was better in fourth quarter 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded HNMKY 54-33 including a 37-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. American guard Brian Cameron (188-1997, college: Wesley) had a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard ArMond Davis (196-1995, college: UCSB) chipped in 24 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Cameron is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Forward Thomas Ronnholm (197-2003) responded with 17 points and 4 assists and center Henri Mennander (204-2003) scored 11 points and 8 rebounds. Four HNMKY players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
