Regular Season Round 26: Saint Quentin - ASA 71-65

Leader Saint-Quentin delivered the twentieth victory. This time they beat 8th ranked ASA (13-13) 71-65. Saint-Quentin forced 20 ASA turnovers. Center Mathis Dossou-Yovo (205-2000) orchestrated the victory by scoring 20 points. Belgian swingman Loic Schwartz (197-1992) contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Jamar Diggs (190-1988, college: Wofford) replied with 17 points and naturalized Spanish guard Tom Digbeu (195-2001) added 15 points in the effort for ASA. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Saint-Quentin maintains first position with 20-6 record. ASA at the other side keeps the eighth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Orleans. Saint-Quentin will play against La Rochelle (#13) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. ASA will play against JA Vichy (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
