Very expected game when 11th ranked Recklinghausen (11-15) was crushed on the road by seventh ranked Hagen BG (13-13) 92-66 on Friday. The best player for the winners was Lithuanian forward Vytautas Nedzinskas (196-1987) who scored 19 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Naturalized American point guard Anthony Watkins (194-2000) chipped in 22 points and 7 assists. Hagen BG's coach Tome Zdravevski felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
