Regular Season Round 4: Herlev - Amager 64-49

Herlev's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after two consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Amager (0-3) 64-49. Herlev forced 19 Amager turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Bianca Braikia (179-2003) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds and the former international forward Ellen Iversen (180-1997) who added 14 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side the former international center Rikke Fabricius (186-1992, college: CMU) responded with 15 points and 9 rebounds and the former international forward Annemie Espensen (180-1997) scored 5 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Herlev (1-2) left bottom position moving up to third place, which they share with SISU. It was Amager's third loss in a row. They still close the standings with three games lost. Herlev will play against league's leader Falcon in Copenhagen in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Amager will play at home against the league's second-placed Aabyhoj (#2) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
