No shocking result in a game when eighth rankedEnsino (6-5) edged on the road 10th ranked Ferrol (4-7) 69-67 on Saturday. Ensino dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Ferrol 's 16. It was a great evening for guard Blanca Millan (185-1998, college: Maine) who led her team to a victory scoring 18 points and 6 rebounds. The former international power forward Beatriz Sanchez (191) helped adding 13 points and 5 rebounds. American guard Rachel Howard (178-1995, college: USF) responded with 17 points and forward Gala Mestres (185-1994, college: Mount Royal) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Ensino . They moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Estudiantes and IDK Eustotren. Ferrol lost their fifth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth position with seven games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
