Very important is a road loss of third rankedRamat Hasharon (5-3) against fifth ranked H.Jerusalem (5-3) on Monday night. Visiting Ramat Hasharon was defeated by H.Jerusalem in Jerusalem 68-54 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Ramat Hasharon. H.Jerusalem dominated down low during the game scoring 42 of its points in the paint compared to Ramat Hasharon 's 20. Four H.Jerusalem players scored in double figures. The former international forward Ofir Kesten-Raz (176-2000) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Dor Saar (165-1999, college: MTSU) scored 21 points and 4 assists. H.Jerusalem moved-up to third place, which they share with Ramat Hasharon and M.Ashdod. H.Jerusalem will play against M.Haifa (#8) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Ramat Hasharon will play against the league's leader E.Ramla (#1) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
