The game between third rankedKipina (9-3) and fourth ranked ToPo Juniorit Kipina was crushed by ToPo Juniorit in Aanekoski 82-106 . The game without a history. ToPo Juniorit led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. ToPo Juniorit outrebounded Kipina 42-22 including 16 on the offensive glass. ToPo Juniorit looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Kipina 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Eldar Skamo (198-1986) who helped to win the game recording a triple-double by scoring 12 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. Forward Kalle Koponen (192-2002) contributed with 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. ToPo Juniorit's coach Turo Lehtonen felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Lauri Jantti (202-1998) answered with 19 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Ben College (184-1998, college: Whitworth) added 19 points and 4 assists in the effort for Kipina. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. ToPo Juniorit moved-up to third place. Kipina at the other side dropped to the fourth position with three games lost.
