In the Horstacker, Matrixx Magixx dug themselves in a 1st half hole vs. Hanzevast Capitals, but a big 3rd quarter gave them the boost they needed, going on to cruise to an 104-94 win. Matrixx found themselves down 47-33 at halftime, but a 32-17 3rd quarter run helped them carry over the momentum into the 4th, in which they one-upped themselves, scoring a 39-30 difference. No player on the floor was better than jack-of-all trades Darnell Wilson, who scored a season-high 34 pts. on 13 of 16 FG. Hanzevast were led by Rogier Jansen and Zoran Krstanovic with 19 pts. each, and Ransford Brempong added 18. With the win, Matrixx moves into 2nd place in the FEB standings ahead of Eiffel Towers with a 9-5 record.
