Hanzevast did an effective job of shutting down the formidable Upstairs scoring backcourt of Omni Smith (191-G-84, agency: Court Side, college: Kent St.) and Nick Stapleton (186-G-79, agency: Court Side, college: Austin Peay St.), holding Smith to 7 pts. and Stapleton to only 3 pts. Ransford Brempong (203-F-81, college: W.Carolina) dominated inside, leading Hanzevast with a double-double of 21 pts. and 11 rebounds, with also 2 blocks. Upstairs forward Steve Ross (201-G/F-80, agency: Court Side, college: Santa Clara) led allscorers with 25 pts.
