Regular Season Round 76: Z*N.Mexico T. - Austin T. 101-106

Ezra Williams was clutch late in the game and Marcus Williams scored a game high 26 points to lead the Austin Toros (23-9) to a 106-101 victory over the visiting Albuquerque Thunderbirds (16-13). Playing without star forward Pops Mensah-Bonsu, five Toros players scored in double-figures in a game where they trailed in the fourth quarter for all of but the last 30 seconds when Ezra Williams connected on a three-point basket to give Austin a 101-100 lead. Dwayne Jones got the start at center in place of Mensah-Bonsu and notched a double-double of 18 points and 14 rebounds. D-League All-Star Will Conroy led the Thunderbirds with a team high 25 points on 10-18 shooting. Austins bench outscored Albuquerques reserves 24-13 on the night. (by Surujh Roopnarine)
