Cleveland Cavaliers outplayed Detroit Pistons 94-82 grabbing 2-0 lead in the quarterfinals of Eastern Conference. Visitors had nice last quarter ending it 32-17, but it was enough only for minus 12 at the end. LeBron James once again was a key player for the Cavs collecting 29 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Maurice Williams was behind him with 21 pts and 7 boards, while Delonte West stopped on 20 pts. Richard Hamilton top-scored for the Pistons with 17 pts. Third game will be played on Friday in Detroit. Portland Trail Blazers tied the quarterfinal series against Houston Rockets to 1-1 (Western Conference).
