Regular Season Round 4: Quebradillas - Arecibo 85-90

In other BSN action, the Arecibo Captains outdueled the Quebradillas Pirates 90-85. Although the Pirates took the 1st quarter 20-18, the Captains came right back in the 2nd quarter to end the half leading by 9 points, 44-35. In the 2nd half the Pirates kept pace with the Captains but the damage done in the 2nd quarter was too much to overcome for the Pirates in the 2nd half of the game. For Arecibo who is playing without import player Marcus Fizer, got 15 points from Angel Figueroa followed by Christopher Vega and Carlos Rivera who both scored 13 points. For Quebradillas, Peter John Ramos scored 23 points and captured 15 rebounds followed by David Huertas with 17 points. The Captains will travel to Ponce today in a back to back game.
