Finals Game 1: Barangay Ginebra - Petron Blaze 102-96

Ginebra made it in the first game of PBA Finals. JayJay Helterbrand stepped up for the wining squad with 21 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Cyrus Baguio was second scorer of the team with 17, while Ronald Tubid added 14 points and 5 boards. David Noel and Paul Anthony Artadi followed with 13 pts each. On the other side, Jay Washington responded with 19 pts and Jonas Villanueva netter one point less. The Kings outjumped their rivals with 45-40, while the also had decent stroke from behind the arc. Second game is scheduled for tomorrow. All matches will be played at the Araneta Coliseum.
