The host of U17 Centrobasket managed to reach the Big Final. In yesterday's Semifinals the Mexicans were too strong for US Virgin Islands celebrating comfortable 15-point win. Today Mexico will fight for the Gold against also undefeated Puerto Rico. Javier Meza top-scored in Team Mexico with 18 points. Ernest Morales had 16 pts and 7 boards, while Jaime Cruz added 12 pts and 6 rebs. Aaron Brown drained 21 points and grabbed 5 boards in defeat, while Rasheed Swanston contributed with 12 pts.
