Semi-Finals Game 1: PUERTO RICO - DOMINICAN REPUBLIC 97-75

Puerto Rico celebrated against Dominican Republic 98-75 at the U17 Centrobasket Semis and they will meet Mexico in the Big Final. Puerto Rico advanced to this stage perfect and yesterday's victory was expected. The Dominicans also demonstrated decent performance in the first stage, but they could not resist against the strong Puerto Ricans. Angel Matias and Jose Agosto were the key players in victory combining 36 points and 26 rebounds. Luis Quinones and Angel Rodriguez followed them with 15 points each. On the other side, Eddy Guisarri shined with 23 pts. Ted Jimenez was the second scorer in loss with 12 pts.
