Qualifying Round Day 4: QATAR - LEBANON 63-73

Lebanon celebrated 73-63 win against Qatar today staying in the race for position No.1 in Qualifying Group F. Two top ranked teams currently are undefeated China and Jordan. At the same time, Qatar fell to 2-2 in the same pool but still with nice chance to reach AsiaBasket 2009 Quarterfinals. Matt Freije once again led Lebanon collecting 15 points. Fedi El Khatib had 13 pts, 6 boards and 6 assists, while Rony Fahed and Jean Abdel-Nour delivered 10 points each. Saad Abdulrahman Ali shined in defeat with 14 points. He was followed by Erfan Ali Saeed, 11 pts and 5 boards.
