Qualifying Round Day 9: PANAMA - MEXICO 67-74

After three consecutive defeats, Mexico finally celebrated first win in the second stage. It means that Mexico and Panama finished FIBA Americas championship with 1-6 record in the Quarterfinal Round, but Mexicans are on the position No.7. Naturally, the eighth ranked team in Panama. Anthony Pedroza and Horacio Llamas led the winners with combining 36 points and 12 rebounds. Gustavo Ayon also had very important role registering double-double, 16 pts and 13 rebounds. Danilo Pinnock shined in loss with 20 pts and 7 boards. Jose Lloreda followed him with 15 pts and 13 rebs.
