Regular Season Round 5: Groningen - Den Bosch 93-82

GasTerra Flames point guard Robby Bostain scored 23 points to lead four players in double figures to lead the Flames to a 93-82 victory over EiffelTowers Den Bosch, Saturday night at the Martini Plaza (3.500 spectators). The GasTerra Flames raised their record to 5-0 while the EiffelTowers drop to 2-2. EiffelTowers held an early ten-point lead (12-22) at first quarter, after the Flames battled back to tie the game at 33-33 in the second quarter, a block from Bas Rozendaal and a score from Dourisseau put the Flames back on top for good (45-44). The Flames takes advantage after the third quarter by Steve Ross and Tim Blue who drained long three-pointers to get the Flames within four (66-62). In the fourth quarter after three's from Ross and Bauscher (77-69), the game was definite played after Tim Blue's steal to give the Flames a 83-71 advantage. (by Fred Roggen)
