Eiffel Towers pointguard Dean Oliver picked a great night to play, Oliver scored 22 points, had five assists and four steals to lead the Eiffel Towers to a 77-90 victory over host GasTerra Flames in an important League game. Oliver was nearly unstoppable, he found everytime a way to score thanks to his sense of calmness when he has the ball in his hands. He shot 5-of-6 from 3-point range. Center Jerome Beasley added 18 points and seven rebounds, and shooting forward Kees Akerboom had 16 points. Eiffel Towers also did the job on the defensive end. GasTerra Flames had a miserable shooting night. The Flames went 26-of-54 (48 percent) from the floor, including 7-of-19 (37 percent) from 3-point range, and they faded down the stretch. GasTerra Flames cut back the deficit but Eiffel's guard Rogier Jansen sparked a 7-0 run (56-59) with a 3-pointer at the end of the third quarter, Eiffel Towers took over from there and finished the game with a 77-90 win. In a losing effort, standout center Matt Haryasz scored 23 points and had a couple highlight dunks, he shot 10-of-15 from the field.
