Regular Season Round 6: Arecibo - Bayamon 77-88

The defending champions mustered all their strength and defeated the Arecibo Captains who are said to be the team which could be the team to reach the finals this year in the BSN. The 1st quarter was mostly for the Captains as they dominated at will and took the quarter 26-18. In the 2nd quarter the Cowboys had a better offensive period but were down 43-38. In the 2nd half it was all for the cowboys as they got their offense on track and were throwing bombs from all over the court to take the lead and never looked back. For Bayamon, Christian Dalmau scored 20 points followed by Terrence Shannon and Franklin Western with 13 points each. For Arecibo, Larry Ayuso scored 24 points while Jeffrey Aubry scored 20 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. *by Luis Ramirez
