Mexico registered second win in Santo Domingo and finished the Preliminary Round with 2-2 record. It means that Mexicans will have to wait for all Saturday's games to end in order to find out will they advance to Semifinals or not. At the same time, Trinidad and Tobago dropped to 1-2 in the same group (B). Victor Mariscal stepped up for Mexico with 21 points and 7 rebounds. He reached valuation 24 and was the MVP of this meeting. Jovan Harris netted 15 points in this win. Trinidad and Tobago had only two players with double-digits in scoring.
