There was no surprise when bottom-ranked TED Istanbul (0-6) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked Basaksehir (3-3) 82-70. Power forward Tyrus Boswell (202-78, college: Ky Wesleyan) scored 24 points and 9 rebounds to led the charge for the winners and forward Ahmet Yilmaz (196-83) helped with 13 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was guard Admir Kan (185-83) with 21 points and 8 assists and forward Can Uzun (195-86) with 14 points. That victory allowed Basaksehir (3-3) to climb to sixth place their first year in TB2L. They share that position with 5 other teams.
