Regular Season Round 14: Weert - Bergen op Zoom 77-69

In the Boshoven BS Weert moved into 5th place with a 77-69 win over struggling WCAA Giants Bergen op Zoom. The injury bug has affected the Limburgers tremendously, who will have to make due for the next practices before the Christmas break without league top scorer Glenn Stokes (groin injury) and Donte Minter (hand injury). Both will play but need the necessary time te recuperate. Despite that the team of head coach Terence Stansbury were led in scoring by Junior Hairston with 23 pts. Mitchel Kouwijzer came off the bench to score 15 pts., with Stokes adding 12. WCAA Giants Bergen op Zoom, who are having difficulties closing out games, and their 7th loss within 8 points or less, were led in scoring by Jesse Kimbrough with 20 pts., Brandon Griffin added a double-double of 12 pts. and 14 rebounds.
