Superleague round 8 most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Tbilisi: TSU (#4) and MIA (#1). TSU (6-3) won against visiting MIA (7-1) 94-85. TSU was tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. TSU shot 25 for 39 from the free-throw line, while MIA only scored five points from the stripe.
