Very predictable result in Kaunas where fifth ranked LKKA-Atletas (12-6) beat 12th ranked Puntukas (5-13) 83-73. Forward Vidmantas Sragauskis (200-86) orchestrated the victory by scoring 31 points and 5 assists (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!). Center Tomas Urbonas (214-92) contributed with 18 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. LKKA-Atletas' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Larry Hall (190-83, college: W.Oregon) replied with 14 points and 5 assists and forward Darius Tarvydas (200-91) added 15 points in the effort for Puntukas.
