Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Skopje: Fersped-Rabotnicki (#3) and Torus Skopje (#4). Fersped-Rabotnicki (11-3) smashed visiting Torus Skopje (9-5) by 27 points 82-55. The game without a history. Fersped-Rabotnicki led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Fersped-Rabotnicki outrebounded Torus Skopje 41-30 including 33 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Serbian center Toni Simic (210-76) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 17 rebounds and international guard Dimitar Mirakovski (180-81, agency: Interperformances) who added 25 points and 6 assists during the contest. Four Fersped-Rabotnicki players scored in double figures. Fersped-Rabotnicki's coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was the former international power forward Bojan Trajkovski (206-88, agency: Global Sports Plaza) with 15 points and 8 rebounds and guard Nikola Karakolev (197-87) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. Fersped-Rabotnicki maintains third position with 11-3 record having just two points less than leader Feni Indistrija. Loser Torus Skopje keeps the fourth place with five games lost. Fersped-Rabotnicki will meet Kumanovo 2009 (#8) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Torus Skopje will play against Lirija (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
